Boxed beef cutout values steady to weak on light to moderate demand and 
offerings. 
Select chuck, round, and loin cuts steady to weak while Choice steady to firm. 
Select 
rib cuts firm while Choice lower. Beef trimmings moderately to sharply higher 
on 
moderate to good demand and moderate offerings.
