Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values firm to higher on light to moderate demand and 
moderate to heavy offerings. Select and Choice rib, round, and loin cuts steady
to firm while chuck cuts steady to weak. Beef trimmings mostly firm on moderate
demand and light offerings.
